2. EMPLOYEES SHALL SUBMIT CONTRACT DRAFTS TO THE LAW DEPARTMENT FOR REVIEW IN ACCORDANCE WITH GLOBAL POLICY 2064
A. All Contract drafts must be reviewed by the Law Department, except for those that meet all of the criteria set forth in Section 1 of Global Policy 2064
B. Per Global Policy 2064, "Contract(s)": means any arrangement imposing obligations on Honeywell to another Party
FAILURE TO FULLY COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER HONEYWELL POLICY OR PROCEDURE, WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINE UP TO AND INCLUDING TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
